I believe that the 'question' part of the interview is the most important or relevant in the meeting.  This is the time to make sure that both of you are in agreement with what is expected of one another so as to not find out later that there was a misunderstanding.

Rather than cutting off a client short of his session, or make him/her feel less important then the next client that you are about to meet, rearrange your meetings so that there is more time for the client to feel that all of their questions are pertinent and deserve your time and recognition.

Obviously if the meeting is arranged, you have to listen the client.  However, you can ask to send all their questions and queries in form of document to precisely answer them.  You can give referral e-mails of yours or your sub ordinates in doing so by make warm introduction of client towards them.  I believe this is the only vocational way out to get rid of non potential customer because if you exercise something else, it might hurt your reputation in the market through this client.

I would recommend you to ask him to send all his enquries by email and tell him to keep things easier for you to get back to it at anytime.

You can do that by:

1. Apologizing because you have another appointment

2. Reschedule another meeting !

Simply, inform him-her that you have an other client waiting you so you have to end this meeting and promise him-her to arrange an other meeting for his-her questions in coming days or give him-her your number to call you.

More questions from clients means project is not on track, bring back the project on track so more questions will be asked. Save your time answering and client's time of investigating by putting the project on schedule.

In case of any deficiency in design or contract, highlight that points so that client before they highlight so that they will not ask more questions.
