1-Ensures proper preparation of the company annual budgets according to the mission statement and the Strategic Plans formulated by the board of directors

2- Translate the strategic plans to long & short terms objectives and goals.

3- communicate with senior managers with Budget Manual & Planning Calendar (Start on 1st sep).

4- justify all numebers and prepare project IS&CF and aggregate to prepare company IS&BS&CF
