How do we segregate the annual subscription charges to monthly in quick book invoice?

If in charts of account there is separate account is made, then there will separate representation of both items.

It depends on the chart of account created for the company.

If there are separte accounts being created in the chart for annual and monthly subscription charges, both can be represented as separate line items.

If no segregation exists, they can still be shown separately in the invoice by adding them separately and writing in the memo line for the details.
