Two most important things that a project incharge needs.

  1. To earn the trust of the project mates. Once they trust you and your motives, they will be prepared to tell you the real problems they are facing and if you successfully solve those problems, go the extra mile to get their part of the job done.
  2. Leader should be assertive and not aggressive. There is one fundamental difference between aggressive managers and assertive managers. Aggressive managers keep themselves at the center of every conversation. Assertive managers keep the work/end result at the center of every conversation.
