For being a good team leader , An indivisual must a good human First. He should understand His employees not only with regards to work , but also family wise and understand his behaviour.
It should'nt be necessary that each employees should have same type of behaviour but an ideal TL is the one who would be able to understand each employee and his requirments well, He should be knowing the positives and negetives of employees and make them motivate to work postively.
Very Important he should have good listening skills , analyzing and decission making skills.
