What are the challenges in learning English especially in Afghanistan?

Thank you for the Invite, I believe challenges are more or less the same in every country where English is not a native language. Below are a few challenges:

1) Acceptance & Willingness to learn a new language

2) Affordability and availability of resources: e.g. are there qualified teachers to teach and funds to cater for fees? or is it free course?

3) Age-gap factor: it is easier to learn new language when you are young so as you grow you perfect. A 10 year old will learn faster than a 35yr old.

I also agree with Omair Ali answer, Accent is also one of the challenges..

Accent is different. They used to speak in American Language.
