yes, but very few people, mostly jobs are closed or expired, recruiters just post to retain users only. It waste of time also, because seriously write cover letter and apply,  you didn't get reply even employer don't see cv or not view which means this was just a copy paste that's why employer didn't view.

The recruitment sites are virtual “Assessment Center”. An employer can virtually see how the particular person is answering the questions or asking the questions. In addition, the candidates could reviews his ideas, learn for others and see how the people look at an issue from different angles. So, recruitment sites really help the job seekers
