Yes Indeed. Very true. What I believe is that Leaders are born not made up. MBA can make you a good Manager not necessarily a good leaders.

Hello Team,

Hiring managers also know that having the letters MBA after an applicant's name doesn't automatically make them an ideal hire. Some believe that people who have achieved leadership positions with the degree would also have done so without it. Furthermore, having an MBA won't make a candidate stand out if they're already flawed in other ways, like being obtuse, slow to adapt, or bossy.

While many entrepreneurs hold MBAs, start-up companies do not always look to hire other MBA holders. Instead, they often hire out-of-the-box thinkers who can innovate and offer a perspective different from their own.

An MBA might help in getting a job interview, but it will not guarantee the applicant will land that job. On the other hand, people with work experience looking to give their career a boost can open avenues for growth and promotion with a part-time or EMBA program.Regards,

Saiyid

Oh God! It seems to me that MBA losing its appeal, that's stumping my MBA admission initiatives! By the way, I think that MBA graduates consistently outperformed business degree undergraduates in financial intelligence, business confidence and strategic decision making, they fell short comparatively in their coaching, results orientation and visionary leadership skills , this academic degree allows you to be a good manager not a leader. However a leadership requires rather than academic degree, once again as said before a leader foremost should have a practical experience , great traits and qualities.

MBA is program which would show you the ways to walk well, if you could walk carefully y and intelligently then you can reach the place where you want to reach. If you are not capable enough to walk well  then whatever the degrees or programs would not allow you to reach the place where you want.

I don't think so. MBA's shall make Managers, but whether really they are Good or bad depends upon various factors.

Also MBA's shall make leaders, again Good or bad depends on various factors.

Just pointing to MBA's for judging Leaders or Managers may not result in efficient judgement.
