If you have read basic psychology in your MBA course, then it will be convinenient for you to further study in this filed. A psychologist can do alot of tasks, it depends upon which intrinisc field you choose, either you are intersted in Clinical psychology or  Industrial psychology or some other new field.  Practicing clinical psychologists have the professional training and clinical skills to help people learn to cope more effectively with life issues and mental health problems. Industrial psychologist are more expert in undertsnading the enviornment of orgainization.  An I-O psychologist conducts research on employee behaviors and attitudes, and how these can be improved through hiring practices, training programs, feedback, and management systems. I-O psychologists also help organizations transition among periods of change and development. Industrial and organizational psychology is related to organizational behavior and human capital.Marketing, HRM & organizational development are all its related areas. So it ealy depends upon which field you are intersted to study. These2 are More  famous than others !!
