Why pancreas shows hemorrhages or reddish discoloration in poultry?

It secretes pancreatic juice,  insulin into the bloodstream.Due to presence of toxins within the bloodstreams its changes coloration to reddish color.. 

It is seen in feild that due to new castle disease ,toxicity in birds heamorrhages visible in visceral organs of bird .

Due to the association helminthes bacteria and some toxic substances. Also it can also be cause when some of the glands like the gizzard is been associated wit infection.
