BY TAKE BREAK AND NOT FOCUS ON EVERY DETAILS
Very simple. I do this every time I find myself in a stressful situation. I make a list (doesn't have to be written) of all the issues causing my stress. Then, I organize them according to their priority (more pressing issues first). After that I normally take a short break, maybe have a nice cup of tea, just to get myself ready to tackle each and every issue on that list. If there are any obstacles, which is normal, I just look for solutions, seek advice from others, or simply use GOOGLE (you can always find something useful there). And I know this might sound crazy but I actually enjoy stressful situations just to see whether I can survive or not. It is good to be pushed out of your comfort zone now and then. It is the only way to grow personally and professionally.
I agree with experts answers, thanks for the invitation. ..
It is necessary :
- Leave all the problems outside the company
- Eliminate pressure: not to hurry and reduce the pressure of bad stress generatrice
- Eliminate the accumulation of tasks : Do not fall behind
- Eliminate the hurry in the execution of tasks: not trying to do a job an hour, in half an hour.
- Avoid conflicts with colleagues
- Master work well: the lack of knowledge leads to the non-realization of tasks
