A major challenge facing organizational change culture in KSA the question: Why do we need change? There are thousands of success stories with no change.

Change have a high cost; however convincing owners/shareholders to change is very critical and a distinction of change success. These owners/shareholders are seeing a thousands of organization doing good business and earning high ROI's without paying this high cost and taking the risk of change!

Well, change is the only thing which is constant.Everything changes with time and circumstances.

As human species we always want changes and new things in life, otherwise, life will get bored at a point. But we never wanted to change our selfs ... Well this is the problem with CHANGE as a fact.

We need changes in order to inject flexibility, adoptability and efficiency into the business environment. People get bored by the routine mechanical process. Changes also bring new ways of learning and motivation. Change is inevitable anyway. As life is not static, the sooner the better.
