Why does the Ctrl + C or Ctrl + V not work in Windows 10? Has this feature been disabled?

In Windows all shortcuts will work perfectly, This will happen due to keyboard layout issues. Please check with external usb keyboard this will help understand the issue. Also if you are facing this issue only on ms office, there is a fix in office settings, Options-> languages->  keyboard language preference  put English as default. and restart office this will help resolve shortcut issues.

Im using windows 10 at the moment and it does work. It wasn't disabled as these 2 are main features of Microsoft for short cut keys.
