What's needed to ask skills from employer except your experience in job and personal information ?

What I understood from your question is that what skills required other than experience and pesrsonal information about the employer to dela with him. Of course mind reading of the boss is very important to do the work the way he or she wants. Skills required to deal with any situation, even tough tasks can be made easily if skills applied. An intelligent employer can make his work and employees' work easy by skillfully doing his works like right person for t he right job, action at the correct time, apointing honest and trustworthy and skillful staff for key and important positions.
