Then when something is delivered, he will complain that he was misunderstood or that the technical team ‘screwed up' his requirement. 1. Always be nice and diplomatic and easy to work

2. Dont take things personally

3. I am on your side

4. Fix the real problems

5. Use statistics where ever possible

6. Create success stories to create influence

7. Constant Communication

8. Be assertive when necessary

9. Think like a salesman
