Which is better, Wordpress or Blogger?

It's not so much about what's better, but what's most suitable for your needs.
If you are looking to heavily monetize your blog and employ many writers to work on it, you might want to use WordPress.
If blogging is nothing but a hobby that helps you spend some time fruitfully while making a little money (if you wish), Blogspot is the best way to go.
In my opinion, if you have heavy bandwidth needs, but don't really need a complex site, Blogspot is the best way to go since Google's servers are robust and your blog will never go down.

Wordpress! In last couple of years, it has evolved as a complete CMS for small sized sites to complete e-commerce based sites, it has loads of customization features such as themes, plugins and widgets to buildup a corporate site & blog.
