Sir the best way to handle the stress is to look over the problem deeply and put the max causes which do such problems on papaer. then each and every cause eloborate with respect to the problem it will release the tension the you can easily handle the stress of work.some time rotuine work become stressable so the best way is to maintain the the time table accorting to time and work need.

A good way to handle stress at work is to sit back and relax coupel of hours and take a10 mins break through getting yourself busy with somethig that is not related to work but ofcourse make sure you leave the office done with your work.

After leaving the office and reaching home make sure you go through the the reason or reasons of your stress and try finding ways of getting a solution to each reason.

Get yourself organised. Declutter your desk and have a to-do-list with priorities set. Set your desk specially before you leave for the day so that the following day you start fresh with a cup of coffee / tea; having all that you need to do for the day set.Practice breathe in, breathe out... feel the air fill your belly.
