What are the difficulties that a teacher faces in using White Interactive Board in ELT Classes and the technical and personal skills to use teacher in teaching?

In the modern learning style, the traditional green wood board and the chalk are removed and replaced by the white board and marker because currently, the teacher must write few information or titles  or rules or small notes summary on the board and take time doing activities, worksheets, dialogue, negotiation and debate, games.....

so, there are no difficulties but this is a part of the plane to force or push the teacher to be creative and energetic and to adapt new learning methods and strategies
