What is the best choice between these two options for a Master's Degree : Indutrial Management (Become a Project Manager) or Mechatronics Engineering (become a mechtronics engineer) ?

In choosing careers you have to look at three factors:

1- your interest.

2- the current market "where you are intending to work at".

3- What you will bring to  that career path interm of skillset. 

That way you can know if a master degree in either would be most appropriate.

Mechatronics Engineering is a branch from control engineering

Professionally I would choose mechatronics

I will prefer MS in mechatronics engineering but it depends on your interest and skills.

It doesn't matter. 

Which one would have been better will become apparent in about 30 years time, but there's no way of knowing before then.
