Is nepotism, discrimation and rascim healthy in a business environment?

These three contatious issues aren't healthy at all because they can bring about related unethical issues for instance; civil strife, social unrest, comflicts, unpleasant confrontations, loss of confidence in management, poor attitude towards work, increase labour turnovers, divisions etc. NEPOTISM is very controversial because someone in support of it may urgue that if my relative has the right qualification, why can't i give them the job? Or someone may further urgue that some businesses are "family businesses", therefore they have to be run in that regard. However, contrary to those urguements; someone may also urgue that an employer may give a job to someone who isn't qualified just because they are relatives. Or someone may further urgue that nepotism may bring about incompetence since there are alot of excuses, sugar-coatings & soft handling of issues & relatives with the view of not destroying family relationship at the expenseof the busines. Now, the choice & decision falls in the beholders hands.
