What do you think of Numerical/Verbal Reasoning Tests that some employers like applicants to do first? Please share your experience.

These tests are helpful so that the employer will determine if applicant is really suitable for any position. Numerical aptitude or your skill in numbers to check if you're really good analytically or in analysis. Verbal skill is to check if candidate has a very strong and effective communication skills. 

 

Numerical test : for Admin positions (and for Technical positions too, those in supervisory and managerial levels)

Verbal test : for Admin positions

Thanks for the invitation, and I think it's important. Interviews aren't enough to evaluate the applicants for any kind of jobs at any level.
