As a QA/QC Engineer how you will ensure that quality of the project is not compromised while achieving the progress to complete the project on time ?

By use of QA/QC tools like Inspection Request, Observation and NCRs.

By following the ITP activities and monitoring the activities for RFIs and referring the project specification and standards 

To be strict enough to ensure the quality of the products, not to allow to pass the defect to next stage. To detect the defect at the initial stage itself.

Moreover to verify the process itself, so that there should not be any defect occurence and produced product should be defect free to avoid any delay in production. and this way to support the project accomplishment, without compromising the quality of product

Quality of the project will be achieved easily if you will train and familiarize the engineers and workers on proper execution as per method statement. Provide weekly or monthly training on proper procedures. Explain what is the importance quality versus accomplishment. Habituate workers on good practices. In this way progress and quality will be achieved.

Quality work is the responsibility of every individual performing the work. Quality can be obtained through appropriate planning and control of environmental documents and by specific quality control activities such as reviewing, checking, testing, and quality assurance.

Quality in the execution of a project is guaranteed from the selection and certification of materials, equipment and skilled labor, this allows the project manager detect any deviation to compromise the successful completion of the work

ensure strict compliance of project specification, to avoid further rejection and rework. ensure all non material requisiton are ready and prepared before job execution. proper coordination with project in charge to avoid confusion.

by daily/weekly  reporting deviation's and gauging the works against the standards,Procedures /practices  and make awareness among execution team,project superiors to cautiouly followup for any losses.
