attending with collegues in house. 

1st.best is  attending with colleagues.  because they are more experienced in that company, they can give better and good training tips as they already knows about their organisation or related work.

2nd, public training could be usefull also but it wil take alot time.

Attending with coiieagues in-house is more effective .

Depends on the budget getting allocated to the purpose. I think In-house is costlier than the public one. Thanks.
