The Major Tasks of the the Project Manager as :
1- Site clearing achieving as per the time schedule of the project execution with the camp arrangement as the offices for the Project Management, Site Manager and Chiefs of all Sections
2- Clear instructions to start the civil construction works as agreed with civil work partner/ Subcontract basis if the civil works is out of scope of the main contractor
3- Set clear program for the deliveries of the equipment & Products to be at the site in accordance with the Construction works progress
4- Distribution and definition of the reponsibilities of the civil works, Mechanical Works, Electrical works & logistic works to perform the daily work at the site as planned
5- Announcement & arrangement the daily or weekly meeting to discuss any matter obstacles the site worke and make good co-ordination among all sections
6- Formal request to the Safety & Security Dept. to set a plan to follow-up the safety rules & regulations application at the site as well as watch level of the staff's commitment in these rules & regulations to avoid the accidents
