1. Are humble, not arrogant. 2. Are servants, not self-serving. 3. Are optimistic, not pessimistic.

 

4. Think execution, not just planning. 5. Think forever, not one day. 6. Are volunteers, not draftees. 7. Are self-aware, not selfish. 8. Are adaptable, not rigid. 9. Are teachers, not truant officers.

There have so many essential quality badly in need to get promotion,for example it has to be hard working capabilities100percent with roles and regulations.And consciousness about his responsibilities during the working period,Especially the leadership knowledge is one of the most important side to get promotion in working place,good relationship with the colics and management officers is so important to get promotion,and most important things are to build very good relations with customers and hosts is the great asset for getting a promotion !

I think definition of promotion itself a form of advancement or movement into new role.

The essential quality of the promotion measure on the basis of :-

1. Current market condition for the employment.

2. Know your priorities and work down the list as concisely as possible.

3. Focused enough on doing your best work.

4. Your contribution need to create value and you should be perceived as the most logical choice for the new role.

5. Give your boss a reason to promote you for excellent, performance, resposibilities and achievement.
