Reduce overheads as much as possible. Cut from marketing strategy: change ur plan and advertise with any of your other business or complimentry products' firm. Make an alliance with any other firm for distribution and logistics. Take help from others for contacts building and go directly to your target customer to increase sales. Coupons and fliers could be attatched with products or at point of sales.

Examine all the overheads and cancel, cut or reduce everything you possibly can.

More importantly, figure out why the organisation is not making any money.   The underlying reason is often simple.  (Although fixing it may not be.)

- keep minimal staff and don't add additional staff - Reduce all administrator cost like Electricity, stationery, avoid all freebies - Cut travel cost and have all meetings over phone, only eegency travel be done in an economy class irrespective of the position. Reduce imports and source equipments in domestic market. - Avoid exorbitant increments and bonuses -

Look other opportunities, like start KAIZEN - kaizen is continous improvement to eliminate waste and to know what are those non-value added activities that has cost impact in the company. Provide program/ Bright Ideas on how to improve the cost. (like space, UPH, productivity improvement, Yield and efficiency of the machine/ workers w/o suffering the safety of the employee. With that activities you can minimize or zero out the OT of employees.
