The most important skill is to make the people pays attention to you before communicating else will automatically follow..trainer should listen and smile wherever required which makes the atmosphere good.

Communication skill constitute much on the success of a trainer. The product knowledge of a trainer can only be meaningfully transmitted to the learners through the effective way of communication.

reflection, demonstration and persuasion

He should be a good learner. For trainers the most important thing is that how quickly they learn because their main task should be learning.
