Sometimes its hard to get our creative juices flowing when we are in an office surrounded by monotony and a stark palet of neutral colors. I have read lately that employers are allowing 'creative' time for employees to venture the park or the beach or some other natural environment for a few hours a week to revive and stimulate the creative senses. If leaving the office is not an option, then I suggest investing in games, joke pads, coloring books and colorful stress toys to spark the dormant playful side of the thought process.
Train to use the other side of the brain to practice the creativity
Positive attitude & open-minded.
Curiosity & inquisitiveness.
Challange oriented.
Constructive discontent
A positive belief that most problems can be solved
Suspended judgement & self criticism.
Perseverance & endurance.
Flexiblity especially in imagination & thinking
A belief that problems are normal & can be solved
there are two ways:
1- Reading and fulfilling your mind with information around you.
2-Thinking out of the box
first, you get a nice rest and try no to think of work.
try thinking of thing you love and how to make something new.
I believe either the innovative efforts are not appreciated or jobs gets boring. The change in job may be one of the options.
