How can we make world economic crises great? And people having no work to earn is called unemployment why?

Many people have the desire to learn new skills and acquire knowledge throughout their adult lives, either to help them progress with their current career, assist them when they want to change careers, or to allow them to learn things purely for fun and personal satisfaction. One way is to start our lives with educating people/students/collegiates/childrens with home tuitions with respect to what you have learnt so far in your education career that can relieve you from having no work/crises so as to earn called as unemployment.
