How can you manage actual production, if some mistakes appear at production plan and emergency plan not covered it?

- Analyzing the mistakes

- In-depth Review the entire production plan

- Focus on quality circles to analyze and investigate the causes

- Organize time

- Analyze the impact of the production stop on productivity

- Manage the stress of the production shutdown

- To act rationally on quality circles to analyze and solve the problem.

Quality circles:

• Machines: tuning,
• Materials : supplier,
• Methods: organization,
• adaptation of production facilities to manufacturing and product specifics
• rational distribution of workshops
• Work: qualification, training, motivation, coordination
• Environment: working conditions

There is supposed to be a safety stock of full-made productsYou must minimize losses - in the product market - to the maximum extentMust re-evaluate the plan

Fully agree with the answer given by Mr. Tariq Babaker , and i need to add ,always there is a plan (B) or (C) to be applied not emergency but full plan.
