Many companies in the Middle East give their employees free English classes but often the students (employees) don't recognise the benefits of this. Why not? and How can you show them the benefits?

Well it is easy use the oldest trick, we all learn talking to ask for what we need right?, a baby need water, milk or food so it learn the element name to ask for it and so on,by learning English they will be able to understand more about the jobs and get more knowledge, if there jobs is R & D they will be able to find and read more white paper, if there jobs is customer serves they will be able to read more about customer care advices and so on, this will make them more aware about there jobs then before so they will be motivated more to learn english to be more professional.
