Hotel is a building where people can pay for lodge, have meal and other services. Some rooms are attached with bathroom where visitors can bathe and get refreshed. Inns were the first commercial buildings for lodging and boarding. Inns were established at time of Romans, to help travelers in lodging, food and drinks including alcohol. Not only do they used to provide service for the travelers, but horses were provided with stable and fodder. Until now, aside from providing lodging, it also provides good services to customers like drinks and food. Inns do not have separate restaurants instead it has small section for food and drink. It does not provide a large food variety unlike in hotels.

The difference between a hotel, a motel and an inn is mainly the type of amenities and service they give. In a hotel is a more formal more flexible type of service since hotels do consider cultural differences and that people who lodges in a hotel or i would say who chooses a hotel more than a motel or an inn generally considers meticulously the quality of service and expects excellent amenities which will not be found in motels and inns. Such as a casino, a golf course, valet parking. Not to mention security services. Hotels provide more amusement facilities and are more sensitive to the impression that they leave to the guest with the aim of bringing them back in. It is the largest scale operation. While a motel has less amenities and would just a little bit less than how their guests view them since their operation is much smaller than that of a hotel. The motel operation isn't as much sensitive when it comes to the quality of customer service while an inn is a place to keep you warm or hidden depends on what your cause is. You just pay and leave and don't leave your things unattended. lol
Well, the difference is not much because the three deals with people and the hospitality, they all cater for the needs of people.
In an hotel, you can book room, apartment or suite for the night or stay for longer period, and you can at the same time go into an hotel for only breakfast, lunch or dinner without booking a room.
Motels as its name implys are mostly for travellers, you go in and refresh yourself after a long drive or you can stay for the night and continue your journey the next day.most Motel rooms are with its own garage.also, some are with room service.while some are with common room .
Inns are very common in the country side,it also common for travellers and also for the country people that love home made food, there the atmosphere is always homey and lively. They are common with resorts centres.
Aside from they're all one consideration to a boosting tourism of a place these three are all accommodations with different specifications: A hotel operates largely as when it comes to services, hotel offers extensive facilities and amenities for a tourist staying with family and may consider it a home away from home. hotel also accommodates business tourism as it holds conferences, meetings and functions. when it comes to standard, hotels are more likely to offer a quality of not just an accommodation but a human resource and diversification. I think they are the bodies that consider it quite expensive but framed the value of your money. Motels (motor hotel) are acommodations which offers short stay for tourist with a car or some, it is designed more accessible and comfortable for adventure tourists. It can be more useful for dropping by's and a rest for a long travel along the way, and it is more cheaper than the latter for it only comprises of the basics, bed, comfort room, a unit of tv and some are aircons. Inns just like motels that are accommodations for short staying guests, they are also located roadside but Inns were more traditional of its structure. A cheaper one and simply distinguishes forms from hotel and motels. You can buy food and drinks in their cafeteria.
There is a big difference between them to the presence of many of the services offered in the hotel and motel in terms of number of rooms and space and features
hotel is give more access to the client plus the areas of hotel most situated in town,
Motel is mostly situated in out town and gives the client accessablity of parking the car and it is only gives exterior hallway ,
