Quality score is very important factor in adrank and actual cpc we pay for each click :-

Quality score depends mainly on3 Parameters:-

-> CTR - Click through rate or ratio

-> Relevancy

-> Landing page quality

 CTR is defined as click through rate

Formula = Number of clicks/Number of impressions

Once an ad is served is called as impression.

Relevancy -> Relevancy is decided by3 parameters

a) How relevant your ads to your keywords

b) How relevant your keywords to your website

c) How relevant your ads and keywords together to your website.

Landing page quality ->

a) Site load time

b) How unique and original is the content of the website

c) How neatly a site is categorized

d) Relavancy of landing page to your given keyword 

Quality score is given to each keyword by Google and is given as1 -10 on scale.  (Practically, anything above5 is good one)

We can try to improve the quality score by making an ad and landing page relavant to the keyword.
