No. Still many website developed in core php. Any cms like wordpress, joomla shopping cart like magento created in core php. Using core php these application developed and many more develop in feature. Now a days core php become basic programming language.

Never, there is no wordpress or any other cms script or thier modules without Core php web dveloper.  Even to make any minor changes or customization you need knowledge of php. In other words there are thousands of modules/extensions available, still millions of required modules yet to develop. As day today life, business has continues needs for core php developers.

Yes and no, "yes" because the HTML5, Wordpress and Angularjs is upgrading and the web platform has been shifted its focused from development to User Interface.  

"No" because wordpress is created on PHP and angularjs still require php code, so the part of php will remain for little longer untill somthing revolutionary hapens in HTML5 or Angularjs
