Are today's' scenario and trends helpful for library research in terms of their methods and ways ?

Yes. I think its of big help. With the oveload of information people would easilly access via online resources. But it is essential that users are well educated in browsing online information, considering some information are not reliable.

Specially in underdeveloped countries the things are not good, Every research activity is done to attain degree, upgradation & to earn money in anyway. 

The focus is not to build up new and innovative setup.
