How many kinds of cooking in food preparation is there? And how can we clean our kitchen, knife, oven, and other kitchen materials?

There are 3kinds of food we nid to prepare,for morning,lunch,dinner,and after we use kitchen materails such us nife,oven,etc we nid to wash it by using dishwashing soap

we clean our materials by  segregate,scrip,clean,dish washing soap,wash,then sanitize.
