  1. Not believing in the staff training, coaching and developing (Human resource is a vital factor in hospitality indus. Through proper training and coaching and feedback they become professionals. Who are always in the floor dealing with guest.
  2. Need to have briefings before and after every shift and need to share the mistakes and strong areas each person saw in the shift to identify our potential and weaknesses 
  3. should visit and do un expected area visits and spot checks 
  4. shoul always talk to guest, get their feed back and share with your team.
