charisma is the result of excellent communication and interpersonal skills, how could you learne and develope those skills?

You could learn the communication and interpersonal skills : first you must learn to listen and this needs a lot of patiences and practices, second you have to read books about famous autors in communication and management like Peter Druker, third you sould summarize what you read and to try to discuss your new ideas with others, finaly you learn by teaching as it is an excellent idea

I thought about it many times. Based on my experience it comes from being first genuine and by developing empathy. Trying to fake it won't work because the body and all that if not vocal will send signals propel cen tune in; hence if someone is not being natural, open end hides an agenda then it will eventually be sensed. This skill is hard to master because it comes from within but anyone can develop it with care and attention living outside any judgment that may arise.
