Would you rather know a lot about a little or a little about a lot?
Q: Do you want to be right or be liked?
Q:What kind of people do you dislike?
Q:What makes you angry?
Q:Who do you like best, your mom or dad?
Q: If you were written about in the newspaper, on the front page, what would the headline say?
Q: If you were a car, what kind would you be?
Those just examples of wicked and strange questions have been asked in a job interview.
Definitely, In the last years, some strange and different interview questions have come into use among job interviewers. In fact, interviewers are inventing new brain-stimulating questions more often. Job candidates may find it hard to keep up with the new types of questions!
Some of these questions have the feel of those pop psychology quizzes from magazines, some sound like psychiatric examinations, some seem like logic puzzles, and some don't make much sense at all!
From my view, these tough questions are designed to make you think creatively and quickly, tap into your inner resources, and reveal your true personality. Unusual questions are often asked by an interviewer in order to find out more about your inner self and how your mind works. It is a way to get to know you better without asking questions that are overly personal and possibly illegal.
So, I think that your answer to such questions will tell the interviewer whether you will be a good fit for the company, as well as revealing how creative you are and how well you can think creatively.
So I advice you before answering a question you feel is odd, take a deep breath and think for a moment or two, then answer candidly. Remember to think about the company's motivation is for asking that question, then find an answer that is both true and professionally confidence.
I leave the answer to the experts. Thanks for the invitation. .
What is your weakness?
what makes you angry?
How do you deal with abuse & criticism?
Employers have different & diverse motives behind every questions they ask in interviews. Some ask questions to stimulate minds, others to check IQ, others to check attitudes, others to technically oust you out of job question, others to check how creative you are, others to check how informed & up dated you are, others to provoke you etc. Therefore the interview must be extra careful to instictively know what the interviewer or employer us up to or wants from them.
Thanx for the invitation
Do you consider yourself suitable for this job? If it was not suitable for what comes to the interview Did I say I is not suitable
Thanks for the invite ............................ Why not find work despite the presence of experience

'Imagine you are a hiring manager in a research company that wants a new researcher. The company's offices happen to be very difficult to find. There are two equally qualified candidates, both of whom arrive on time for their interviews. One has found the office just from the address: the other has phoned the company to ask for directions.
Which one would you hire and why?'
You are working in your home town and why are you trying to find job outside your comfort zone?
Why you want to switch over from existing and reputed concern?
Why we have to be selected this position?
I leave the answer to experts and specialists .
