I am on bayt.com from almost one year ,and i am surprised after having 8 years of customer service experience not even single employer contacted me. Now my questions is that Bayt real works to get job in abroad? its mandatory to take membership?

1. Your Profile picture doesn't speaks you are customer service oriented. Pl better go for formal one if you are in a position to get relevant one. 
2. Pl inculde Speciality "Customer Service" that will guide employer to focus on you.
3. Gain some qulaification on "Customer Service" through short term full time course or long term DE.
