thanks for the invitation , now measuring is done during the process of production but testing is done for the final product iwill give an example as a battery of1.5 volt , during the process of production i will measure the size of bobbin and can and paste quantity and these are sub-assemblies of the battery but when the product is complete i .e complete battery then i will test the battery for low volts, both are tools for quality assurance but at different stages
