First of all thank you Ms. Hafsa for a great and useful question. Here is my suggestions to improve Bayt's service and products to users.
1. The News Feed.
I think the single biggest improvement Bayt could make in this area is to develop a feed which simply interesting. It currently takes me quite a while to find something I'll click on. If I've zoomed past it once, chances are almost 100% that I'll decide to zoom past it again. continually seeing items in my feed that I've already seen before, which is providing me a less-than-optimal user experience. Additionally, I think user customization of the feed would be wonderful. Currently, there are no choices one can make to customize their feeds.
2. Inter group collaboration !
I respect people's rights to privacy, but the new infrastructure prevent inviting users in different specialties, I can't invite my friends to vote my questions or answers or to support me at the same time the number of invitations extremely dropped I have very few invitations per day from 75-100 invitations to less than 5 !!! I understand that Bayt wants to organize the process but simply it could return the previous system and people are free choose or refuse to cooperate. I cannot say it is easy to satisfy all users needs, but I think this issue needs to be addressed.
3. Acclimating new users.
I distinctly remember when I joined the site more than five months ago that there was no certain committee telling me how to use this site at once but later community managers helped me a lot. On the surface, I suggest pretty simple option, to set up a committee of engineers, community managers, moderators and top performer users for welcoming new users and learn them how optimally to use the site . E.g. a new member don't know how many buttons They've pressed that they didn't fully understand how to use Bayt tips and guides efficiently I suspect some people throw up their hands in frustration and leave, possibly for good. Additionally, there are also many rules and guidelines, but the problem is that they're all buried deep within the bowels of Bayt a, so I suggest that the managers need s to present them where, in 'one click', a new user can see them all.
4-Awarding and recognition program for top performer users
There is already a recognition program for top moderator activities , however other old users who contribute positively on Bayt's community need to be awarded too as a mean for motivating them intrinsically to contribute to Bayt's products development.
4. Fostering communication paths
I think that users need management to respond quickly to their complaint, suggestions and inquiries , therefore I suggest to form a supportive team, who could reply users messages and inquiries as fast as possible and prevent any state of confusion.
On sum, my purpose in writing all of these issues and suggestions is for the betterment of the site which I like and respect most as well for satisfaction of users to comfortably use the site. Meanwhile I realize costs, I'm all too well aware of limited resources but you can get priorities. If it my choice, Bayt would be at the top of companies of a Better User Experience list. However, please voice my opinion and we'll see if Bayt's top management agrees or not (I hope they do!).

After the recently modifications, I think bayt.com needs to :1- Increase the number of Votes instead of decreased it.2- Send related Job Opportunities to members (Job Seekers ), to help them find suitable job.

-- limiting of voting for only 3 answers per day for one member has to be increased....cause a member may write many good answers and the same may be recognized and voted so that the member is motivated and actively participate further. This needs to be look into as I cann't vote more than for 3 answers only.
-- invite to answer also cannot restrict to particular group or speciality and should be open for all the members...so that can encourage other non group members can also to be participate upon invitation and develop interest.
-- Many times I get a dialogue box you cann't downvote without some rank in speciality like eventhough I clicked Upvote....it is a clear flaw in the system...that needs to be looked into priority basis.

* Bayt.com rank (automated ranking)
* Bayt.com manager feedback (carefully commended base on accurateness of the answers provided, the weight of the personalized answer and not just a lengthily given answers without content and those answers given only to garner points such as “yes I agree”).
These features above will also improve new participation from new members.

Thank you so much for your invitiation ! I have few observations in addition to the observations of our colleagues already posted:
Bayt should monitor the questions and answers pertaining to Bayt's activities and respond promptly. This will encourage member to bring up flaws to correct. For Bayt this is a kind of CSR. Is it official responsibility of Bayt to nominate a team to do this in the interets of Bayt and as well as members?
Secondly, Invitiations are very limited within the speciality and unable to choose someone outside the speciality. This is to be looked into very promptly.
I will record a problem i m facing myself
when there is a job need experience 10-15 byears if i m 19 the system gave me a late rate however i was more experience
when there is a job need a bachalor degree and i have a master degree it also gave me a late record and that is not logic
