In job interview what will be your answer if HR asked you: Why do you think we should hire you?

why You should hire me, because I am a perfect as per your requirement and I have also Very good practical knowledge in my work field with good experience and I am sure I will do good after selection. 

I belive "a right man at right time at right position" with vast experience would be acceptable along with discpline and competency. Hope my experience would be enough good to earn a place in your firm so that I took an opportuntiy to grow your company and myself professionaly

I think i have a creative mind

I have a nice background in HR & Accounts, great problem solving abilities and I get things done with little direction. I have great communication skills and can work with many different types of people of varying personalities and skill levels.  I am motivated, disciplined, and focused and am determined to get my job done well and on time.

My answer is:

"As it was evident from the job description, my experience and skill exactly matches the job requirement. I can execute challenging targets within time as I have done in the past. You will probably miss a well managed executive engineer by not hiring me." 

My answer would be:

“Honestly, I almost feel like the job description was written with me in mind. I have the 3 years of sales & marketing experience you’re looking for, a track record of successful target achivement, and proven expertise in pharma marketing .

At the same time, I have developed my communication skills from working directly with clients, my team , my supervisor, senior managers, as well as I have a degree in Business administration which means I am well prepared to work on high-profile, cross-department projects. I have the experience to start contributing from day one and I am truly excited about the prospect of getting started.”

Being punctual and sincere, I can finish the work given to me on time and try my best to full the needs of company from me.  I promise you will never regret for the decision to appoint me in your organization.

I ALWAYS answer this question by stating the facts:

By hiring me, you will be acquiring an individual with unique work experience and competencies. I can provide an insight that would otherwise be lost if you decide not to hire me.
