Which country is best for job for an ITIL (V3) Foundation certified person?

Although it is majorily followed as a basis in many companies in Europe, however any country which has companies willing to adopt ITIL as a framework is good for the jobseeker.

Any country is good where you have Infrastructure requirement and process to suffice the same

Any Country which looks for IT processes Maturity.
