In management, I will be very cautious to do a "collaboration" because it only needs one to decide and the rest to follow and produce according to the decided target.
Too much sharing or free styles at times are not helpful but rather messing up the plan as everyone thinks he is right, no body wants to follow and everyone do his own ways.
