You work in a big company and you want to improve something In that company but your boss don't, what would you do.?

Just make an appointment with board of executive directors to show your presentation and discuse your ideas with them

Managers and company Executives are result-oriented individuals. If it feels like something should be improved or innovated and the line manager doesn't agree to it, a sort of case study can be presented. I will try to do some research first and make some observations. I will site what are the issues being encountered why a certain process or policy should be modified and site some advancements once the process or policy is innovated. I will also make sure that the appropriate replacement of the process or policy will be presented.

In business innovation, we can use certain methods to come up with the correct conclusion. In doing a case study, I will use figures and numbers in the form of graphs or charts to show the reliability of my proposal and I can ensure that my conclusion is dependable to convince my line manager to implement the change or the improvement.

I will suggest to make use of the new method for at least 1 month up to 1 quarter and may revert back to the usual process if it will not work.
