Without management business  we will never get success

The success key factors are: quality / reliability, prices, expertise, image, customer satisfaction, consulting, information network, the range of products, capacity for innovation, marketing, the market share, the managerial skills, competence of staff productivity.

The success key factors are defined as being of strategic data that a company must imperatively master to be in a better position than its competitors.

The success of key factors of the elements on which is based in priority the company to carry out its competitive struggle. These are the skills, performance tools and maitrice of competitive advantage.

Also, without business management company can not assess its potential to face competition, therefore it will be difficult to get success.

Good management will leads to successful business.

Possible but is it necessary is the question.

In the absence of the Team Leader / Department Manager the Team and the Department may succeed, provided the People and the Process are committed and in place respectively. The absence of the Business Leader for years also the business can succeed provided Brand Image and Brand Loyalty is already built by over years. In all these cases People are managing the show.

The management taken care of people and people got engaged and become loyal to the management. Such people are committed and they themselves manage to success. It is a matter of who is the management. It is owner consisting management or owner supported employee management.

Of course not. Management is very crucial & necessary in this case, But it should be noted that "Management" alone can't "fully" determine success because others stakeholders can't be left out.
