the Engineering field is a wide field... with every part of engineering we need a different point, but usually the common points is a comunication points, like for the way of talking, the engineers must use a technical words while talking to anybody...

the second point is always the right engineers has a good english to read the manuals and understand it to solve the problems in a correct way, because if some one understand the problem it will be easy for him any type of troubleshooting which is the main job of engineers...
