Everyone is human being and tend to have both good and bad qualities and if not that is not human being but God. Therefore leader is not exempted to this.
Only the concern is that whether he/she uses such bad qualities or unwanted characters at people or otherwise.
Yes, of course some leaders might have bad qualities such as the following terrible or unwanted characteristics:
1. Lack of Transparency and narrow worldview.
2. Not Listening and dismiss good ideas of subordinates.
3. Valuing experienced ones over potential new employees.
4. Lack of Empathy.
5. Forgetting About Leadership Development.
6. Poor Communication of Strategy and closed mindset.
However, I think that What all managers and CEOs should fix, stat or risk having a bad reputation and a toxic work environment.
We are all humans, so all of us has his own unwanted characteristics
But to be a good leader you shold isolate it from your decision , or at least have the ability to fix its effects later

Sometimes we find the right person in the right job meaning it has the best qualities of the leader and sometimes you think it's the wrong person for the right job which means he has no criterion to be a leader
A leader is a person, a person is human being, and a human being is with errors, we cant say any one is perfect, both the characters are present in a leader, and then it depends upon him/her, if he want to use the good quality then surely will lead anywhere, and obviuosly if he or she is demonstrating any bad qualities while leading an organistation, naturally he/she will not be a leader any more.
A True Leader maks right calls most of the times in the interest of Corporate Goals and his Employee Engagement. However he is also human to make few mistakes on the way. But these mistakes are very few as compared to numerous right calls he take and make amends for mistake he has done when he realizes them . Then only he is true leader.
There are peopole who are good leaders but ther lead the team in a wrong way .For example Adolf hitlor is one of the good leader but he lead the country in wroung way .He has focus, but he use the people in wrong way to reach the aim.However It doent matter whether the qualities of your charector but, its matter only how you lead the team .
