Hi Rima, I share articles. Harvard Business Review is a good place to start, it's very well written, has practical advice and well referenced. Not all people will have the patience to read though of course, so a good way to get them to read is to have an attention grabber in your email telling them why they have to read it and what does this have to do with their jobs or life/welfare etc.. 

HBR is not for everyone of course and some find it a little too dense, the internet is full of good reading material and some scholarly articles are open for the public and the good thing is it's free :)
